Respiratory Symptoms Relief
Pour a few drops of Peppermint oil in a humidifier or take a Peppermint oil steam, to help with respiratory problems such as nasal congestion, sinusitis, bronchitis, cold and cough.
Inhale using the cupping method or in a diffuser in to get over the mid-day energy slump or to helps with focus and attention.
Mix a drop of peppermint oil with a carrier oil (e.g., almond oil) and rub on temples, forehead, over the sinuses (avoid contact with eyes), and on the back of the neck to help soothe headache and pressure.
