Uses and Benefits:
Put 2-3 drops of Lavender oil in your cupped palms and inhale to draw in the scent. Or, rub the oil on your feet, temples and wrists for a calming effect. A few drops of Lavender essential oil may also be added to a vaporizer or sprayed in a shower or sauna.
Use the cupping and inhalation method mentioned above. Or, add a few drops of the oil on your pillow before going to bed.
Apply some lavender essential oil, mixed with a carrier oil such as coconut oi, on exposed skin when outside to repel bugs such as mosquitoes, midges, and moths.
